BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1601 and 1607 Hickory Valley Road, being on the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road southwest of Northside Drive. Lot 6 and part of lots 7 and 8, F. B. Holt's Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 22, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 2817, page 877, ROHC, and deed book 3753, page 199, ROHC. Tax Map No. 1158C-B-30 (part) and 35 (part). from R-3 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Retaining of 15' buffer area; 2. Maintaining existing natural screening plus a 6' wooden sight-obscuring fence along buffer area with natural screening on outside of fence; 3. Subject to dedication of a right-of-way 40' from centerline; 4. No access through Northside Drive; and 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
